Leave of Absence Policy
A leave of absence is to be a minimum of one month to a maximum of four months. You may only take one leave of absence per paid membership year. If the leave of absence is for medical reasons, you will need a medical release from your physician allowing you to return to physical activity. If you have additional members attached to your membership all will be affected the leave of absence. Once you return, the total time absent will be divided evenly among all members on the membership, unless all members went on leave together. If you are on a payment plan, your monthly billing will continue and you will receive your leave time at the end of your membership with no additional billings.

Tanning Cancellation Policy

Personal/Teen Fitness Training Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made more than 24 hours prior to your appointment or you will be charged the appointment fee.

Membership Cancellation Policy
All membership cards are due upon the effective date of cancellation. You will be responsible for all fees and dues until your effective date.

Paid in Full If you paid in full for your membership you will receive a prorated refund from the effective date.

Payment Plan If you are on a payment plan your monthly EFT will be stopped on the effective date. You will be responsible for all fees and dues until your effective date.
