Payments in full may be made by cash, check, Visa/Mastercard, American Express or Discover. Automatic monthly payments may be made by automatic bank drafts or Visa/mastercard withdrawals. Annual Memberships receive all of the membership advantages and are allowed to cancel their membership at any time. You are allowed to take one leave per paid year, minimum one month to maximum of four months.

Resident rates are for Elk Grove Village Resident memberships. Nonresident memberships will add on a nonresident fee. Enrollment fees are one time fees for new members and/or members whose membership has been inactive for 60 days or more. Prices are subject to change.

Requirements
- Individual must be 23 – 64 years of age.
- Household of 2 must be 15 – 64 years of age and live in the same household.
- Household of 3 or more must be 15 – 64 years of age; reside in the same household and may only have 2 adults 23 years of age and older as part of the membership.
- Student members must be 15-22 years of age and show current school id. No additional members may be added.
- Senior members must be 65 years of age and older. No additional members may be added.

Payment Plans
Payment Plans are continual; the membership will not be stopped unless a written notice is given to Membership Services.

Enrollment Fees
Enrollment fees are for new members or if a membership has been inactive for more than 60 days. Enrollment fees are non-refundable and the maximum enrollment fee per household is $150. If a new member is adding onto an existing membership the enrollment fee will be based by age; $79 for ages 23 and up and $49 for ages 15-22.

Nonresident Fees
Nonresident fees are for members who do not live or work in Elk Grove Village park district boundaries.
